    • Although there are positive impacts there are a few challenges that the organization encounters upon the implementation.
    • In this paper we mainly focus on the emphasis which is done upon evaluating the key issues in the implementation process as well as the strategies and the measures the organization should adapt to overcome the ERP implementation issues.
    • In this paper few case studies have been studies to understand the intrinsic issues and key recommendations has been made on the basis of such implementations.
