    • Enter the username and password contained in the email.

    • Arbutus Solutions will send you an invitation via email. Click on the link provided in the email.

    • If you can't sign in, contact the Arbutus Solutions support at support@arbutussolutions.com.

    • The first time you login you will be prompted to provide your name, email address, country and region.

    • The browser should navigate directly to the project but, if it doesn’t, click on the Browse link.

    • Please fill out the details and click on Continue to navigate to Visual Studio Online. You won’t be prompted again for this information.

    • From the project home page, click on the Backlog link. Here we can create and edit Requirements.

    •  Choose your team project.

    • If you don't see a project listed, contact Arbutus Solutions Support at support@arbutussolutions.com and ask to be added to the project.

    • Work appears in the backlog in priority order.

    • Select the Requirements link on the left of the screen to navigate to the Requirements section.

    • To view or edit a work item, select it and press Enter or double click on the item.

    • Use the tabs at the top to navigate the different pages. The section on the left allows you to assign requirement to a user, set the status, and change the priority of an item.

    • To add a new item, enter a name for the new Requirement and click the Add button.

    • To edit a Requirement, double click on the item and use the tabs at the top to navigate. Click on the Save button to save and close the window.

    • To view the team's work status, open the Board link next to the Backlog tab.

    • To view or edit, simply click on the item to open it.

    • This will open the window allowing you to view and edit the contents.

    • One way to review assigned work is to open the item and look in the Assigned to field in each item in the Backlog

    • The second method is to use the Board view. Click on the Board link near the top of the screen. All of the Requirements are listed and sorted by their process stage.
