    • In simple English:
    • We are all governed by the Law and so need to know about the laws applicable. The ignorance of law does not offer any protection against the applicability of law or against any resulting prosecution.

    • Electric supply Cos (even the private cos.) operate under the Electricity Laws
    • EMI’s & Home Loans, Insurance, Banking, Private Cos, Airlines, Infrastructure, etc.
    • Car driving is permissible only under Motor Vehicle laws…
    • Employment, even of permanent nature is a contract
    • Education is regulated by the Law
    • It starts with one’s Birth Certificate & continues for a lifetime…

    • Every Day
    • Every Transaction

    • Legal, social, or ethical principles
    • The fundamental normative rules about what is allowed of, or for, people in accordance to the legal system, social convention, or ethical theory
    • Remedy
    • When a right is violated, the Court of Law can enforce a right by issuing orders and/or by imposing penalty
    • Cause of Action & Limitation
    • The Cause of Action starts when the right is violated.
    • The time-window in which one needs to file the complaint before the Court of Law, to enforce the right by seeking the appropriate remedy.
